DetailsDescription: Task 15403 was raised against vim, but the issue was really caused by mercurial; it installed HGAnnotate.vim in a bad location. The response seems to be not installing the file at all. Please consider installing it again, but now in the correct place. I've attached a diff against the PKGBUILD.
