xsane needs a libjpeg7 rebuild. it porbably got unnoticed because it's a hidden dependency as sane also depends on libjpeg7

It is a known program needing a rebuild; it just does not like building at the moment...

Patch attached to fix build with sane 1.0.20. SANE_CAP_ALWAYS_SETTABLE was removed in 1.0.20.

xsane builds fine without any warnings ;)
