Is it a real replacement for libdrm?
If so, it should provide version 2.4.11.

Reason for closing:  Fixed
Additional comments about closing:  Nouveau-drm doesn't provide it anymore, xf86-video-nouveau depends on libdrm 2.4.12 now.

I forced the install and it seems to work. So I guess it is just a versioned provision problem.

yes. this has been introduced by latest xorg updates that now requiere a versioned libdrm. it's safe to ignore this and keep the more recent git shot shipped in the nouveau package.

I could only rebuild it providing libdrm>=2.4.11. But as package usage is low and people should know how to deal with such things I don't think it's nessecary.

There is another problem - because of the conflict it is now impossible to install the xorg-video-drivers group as a whole, so it would be nice if you could resolve this.
