DetailsDescription: namcap should check if the package install ELF files (like executables, shared libraries, etc) if they are outside common directories like:
/bin /sbin /usr/bin /usr/sbin /lib /usr/lib /opt/$pkgname/ Some packages actually install ELF files outside these dirs for example of this [#1] [#2] [#3] (the major files resides in /usr/share/...) this is bad, because the purpose of /usr/share is for architecture independent files.
