Description: Unzip 6.0 no longer accepts "-O" and "-I" options, probably due to the fact that altlinux's patch ( FS#8383 ) no longer can be applied cleanly to 6.0. It would be great if we can re-introduce this feature back in.

* package version(s): unzip 6.0-2
* Steps to reproduce:
1. Unzip a file encoded with non-latin, non-unicode file names.
2. Confirm that file names are mangled.

I've attempted to port the old patch to 6.0, which I've attached. It works for my purposes, but it's still a bit rough.

CFLAGS need a "-DNATIVE" for this patch to work. The "-DNATIVE" is required for the time being to prevent fnfilter() from mangling the iconv'd file names. Unfortunately we loose the functionality of filtering out ASCII control characters, etc..

This patch should be forwarded to upstream for inclusion into the default package.
