DetailsDescription:
Upgrading udev to 141-3 resulted in networkmanager being unable to see any wireless networks with my atheros network card (using the ath5k driver). The interface could be brought up with ifconfig and settings changes with iwconfig. 'iwlist wlan0 scan' returned no ap's, and Kismet captured no packets although there were four known APs in range. A downgrade to udev 141-1 fixed the issue. I believe this is critical as it would result in a major loss of functionality which a user may be unable to correct. |
