Is there a chance to disable the ability to comment ONLY on community packages, even before the transition to devtools etc?
Im tired of reading about bugs and feature requests for packages that many of the times will never get attention. And i aint even a packager.
If users couldnt comment on them, they would have to visit the bug tracker.
Is it possible (read: easy) to do that, like now, without considering whats gonna happen to community in the future?
This task depends upon

If thats not easy to do maybe adding a message in the AUR homepage like :

Remember to vote for your favourite packages!
Some packages may be provided as binaries in [community].
Community packages have their own special place in the Arch Linux bug tracker http://bugs.archlinux.org/reports?project=5

until community is moved to devtools
