Description: testing repo needs an announcements page.

announcements like these for example : http://www.archlinux.org/news/450/

when module-init-tools was updated in testing, I figured out this was a problem only when I saw warnings in dmesg, and google was the only way to better understand the problem and find a solution. Similarly, when the dsdt hooks were removed in the latest kernel26 package in testing, there were no announcements, filing a bug report against missing dsdt functionality was the only way to find out.

When using testing, you're supposed to follow the arch-dev-public list also. I don't see need to announce each and every change we do in testing while we have discussion about it in a public readable mailinglist. It's not called testing for nothing.

Agreed, though I probably should have said major changes. I was unaware of the mailing list, didn't come across it on the site. Thanks
