Description:
ntp should use IPv6 if glibc supports it, even if built without --enable-ipv6, however it will not build with IPv6 support using glibc 2.10.1.

When trying to use IPv6 addresses, ntpd will output errors like this to syslog:
ntpd[24568]: getaddrinfo: "::1" invalid host address, ignored

ntpd will neither connect to IPv6 servers nor listen on IPv6 addresses.

Upstream bug: https://support.ntp.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1143

I propose adding the attached patch until this bug is fixed upstream.

Additional info:
ntp-4.2.4p7-1
glibc-2.10.1-2

Steps to reproduce:

Try to use IPv6 addresses in ntp.conf, e.g. "server 2a01:198:200::2" or "restrict ::1"
