Added to the mirror list, and updated the rsync IPs.
Dan, what do we do about the mirrorlist package?
For the mirrorlist package, its really just up to when someone/me rebuilds it. I just did it, but see the latest PKGBUILD- it should be easy for anyone to rebuild if they need to now.
