Description: Missing this patch in CVS firebird-gcc-icu.patch on both CURRENT and CURRENT-64

Also x86_64 is not rebuild agains icu like i686 (-3 vs -1) (Premature close of  FS#14885 )

Now the patch is added but not TAGGED to CURRENT and CURRENT-64. Also there is no up-to-date x86_64 build against icu.

x86_64 package is fixed and tagged file to CURRENT-64, only remain tag file 'firebird-gcc-icu.patch' to CURRENT
