The patch is wrong, it should include <cstdio>.

Well OK I used my patch and it compiled fine.

Not to be picky but:

//
// ISO C++ 14882: 27.8.2 C Library files
//

#pragma GCC system_header

#include <bits/c++config.h>
#include <cstddef>
#include <stdio.h>

#ifndef _GLIBCXX_CSTDIO
#define _GLIBCXX_CSTDIO 1

cstdio calls/load stdio.h where EOF is defined

The package fails to build because EOF is not defined in the source files in the patch.

The patch is good.

You need to use cstdio because you are patching C++ code. Anyway, it's fixed in cln-1.2.2-2.
