I think the list should be complete. All mirrors are disabled by default anyway so the user has to choose. The problem with ftp.archlinux.org was that it was the default one in previous pacman releases.

HTTP isn't valid, so that is scratched, but I marked the mirror public in the mirror admin so it should show up in the next mirrorlist release and is now on the download page.
