I've tried to rsync from this location:

rsync.archlinux.org::ftp

but i got this error:

access denied to ftp from ftp.otenet.gr (195.170.0.21)

I am guessing that we (OTE S.A.) haven't yet access to rsync from archlinux.org,
or i am doing something wrong ?

No, i think this should be assigned to Dan too, to grant you rsync access.
Although other people can probably do it too, this doesnt seem to have happened yet.

These usually get acted on if they get assigned to me- Simo and Aaron don't really deal with this.
