DetailsAfter re-format/re-install of NOVA 'complete' (all packages) from full ISO. 'pacman -Sy pacman' sucessfully updates to v2.6. Immediate or after re-boot attempt to 'pacman -Syu' fails with 'Segmentation Fault' following parse of 'Official' and 'Unofficial' repositories.
Results of 'strace -o pac pacman -Syu' creates a 73M file which ends during the 'slocate' parse phase. 'pacman -R slocate' does _not_ fix the problem. Any ideas? Do I have to update the install using v2.5 first? |
