Steps to reproduce:
1. Comment out all the servers of core in pacman.conf
2. sudo pacman -Sp wget

Neither the back-end (alpm_db_get_url) nor the front-end handle this case.

Btw, the mirrorlist shipped by pacman-mirrorlist contains no uncommented Server lines by default, but pacman cannot recognize this situation atm. Thus the user _never_ gets informative error messages in this case, which is quite annoying: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=70152 (commit 0bf340f73c1b1705ab9314955c931a83e15fecb3 changed the error message to "failed to retrieve some files", but that is not optimal neither).
