Description: Some fixes for konversation package in testing.

Patch attached against the recent svn-trunk (40237)

* Fixed license variable, GPL -> GPL2 , added FDL (for documents) and LGPL2 for libs.
* Removed already satifaced depends. (qt strigi phonon)
* Fix for removing RPATH (like others KDE pkgs)
* Fix for removing unused direct depends (like others KDE pkgs) (this actually remove a hide an unlisted depends on libidn)
* Build in separate directory

Tested and build fine on clean chroot ;)
