Also the dependencies are bash,sed,coreutils,wget & it should have at least an optional dependency on xclip

bash,coreutils are in the base group - not added
optdepends on xclip added to the package
_wgetpaste file added, didn't know what is it about, since there is no README in the archive
so, fixed in 2.13-2
