Description: Some fixes for konversation package in testing.

Patch attached against the recent svn-trunk (40236)

* Fixed license variable, is an array. GPL -> GPL2 , added FDL (for documents).
* Removed already satifaced depends.
* Fix for removing RPATH (like others KDE pkgs)
* Fix for removing unused direct depends (like others KDE pkgs)
* Build in separate directory
* Added ${_pkgver} to manage easily these alpha versions.

i don't like removing depends, to create hidden depends in the end, the rest looks fine.
