Description: On x86_64 QT is build without C[XX]FLAGS. Trivial patch attached to solve this.

Related task, that can be fixed 2x1:  FS#14531  - [qt3] insecure RPATHs

PS: compile fine with latest toolchain on both 32 and 64 bits.
