DetailsThe "vcut" tool (to extract parts of an Ogg/Vorbis by time or sample number) is not built by default, as its creator doesn't think it's ready for prime time. I've been using it for years now and would like to have it in Arch. It can be enabled with the "--enable-vcut" flag to configure. It doesn't require any other changes.
