DetailsIt would be "super awesome" if we could sort the out-of-date packages by the length of time since they were flagged. And not just our own packages, but all out-of-date packages.

We don't currently store when the flag was set. We should probably start by doing that. We would probably want it for ordering RSS out of date feeds too.
