Description: wmctrl only shows every X window and ignores the others. This is purely 64bit related

Additional comments about closing:  wmctrl-1.07-1.1 has the Debian patch applied to it.

Had the same problem for a while - just recompiled with that Debian patch added:
http://patch-tracking.debian.net/patch/misc/view/wmctrl/1.07-6/main.c
... and everything works fine now.
