Flag isn't in proftpd 1.3.2-4

Patch for extra/proftpd/PKGBUILD to enable ipv6 (--enable-ipv6). Tested, compiled, it worked.

Hey Dale,

Any reason you can think of we shouldn't add --enable-ipv6 for ipv6 support? I'm happy to do it if it's okay with you.

Paul,

Give it a shot. Just make sure it doesn't increase connection times to an IPv4 only server as we've seen with other apps (firefox defaulting to IPv6 and falling back to IPv4).

Actually, I assumed Dale was the maintainer, since the bug was assigned to him, but there doesn't seem to be any clear maintainer assigned to this package.

I'll go ahead and make the change, we can always reverse it out if there's reason to do so.

Ah, and you beat me to it. Thanks for the intel, Dale. I'll put it in testing, and someone can confirm it's not misbehaving.

This is enabled in [testing] for both arches as proftpd 1.3.2b-2. Please someone let me know if the issues mentioned by Dale above seem to be happening. Otherwise, I will push to [extra].

A newer version is currently in [extra]. I will remove the old version from [testing] and close this bug.
