The man page looks fine here. Can you be more specific about what you mean by "buggy"?

yes, and the current version 4.82 the problem is solved ;)

lacks the slash in some Exceptions" part, so texts looks bad.

I don't know if the problem is solved, because 4.82 isn't on the mirror i'm using.

When 4.82 will be on your mirror, test and report if it's fix. I believe it's fixed.
