Have you mirrored anything at all yet? Both of those directories do not exist yet.

I've added your rsync IP to the allowed IP list, but it would be much more efficient to rsync from another server that has higher bandwidth limits and then switch over to using the official server.

I was waiting to have access to the rsync server... :)

I'm syncing right now... I shouldn't have bandwidth problems. Btw, the official server is rsync.archlinux.org, right?

I'll let you know when I'm up2 to date and ready to get listed.

Any updates here?

I completed a first (manual) rsync, but have been very busy
and forgot to schedule the mirror with a cron and putting the
contents available to everybody. Hope to give you some news
this week.

Ok. Done.

Remember de URLs above are wrong, these are the good ones:

http://sunsite.rediris.es/mirror/archlinux/
ftp://ftp.rediris.es/mirror/archlinux/

I'm mirroring twice a day...

anything missing?

Dan, what's the procedure for updating mirrors these days?
Comment by Dan McGee (toofishes) - Thursday, 16 July 2009, 02:06 GMT
OK, I've marked your mirror as public again. It is really slow from my ISP, but I assume that is a locality thing.

Dusty- pretty much find it in the list, otherwise add it. I put the FS# in as the comment so we have some cross-reference, add all the stuff, and kick off the rsyncd.conf update script on the server after changing rsync IPs.
