Hello, according to freedesktop, hal should depends on hal-info:
http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/hal says: "hal-info and hal should not be packaged together. When packaging hal, it should depend on hal-info, of any version."

What are you talking about? hal-info is a dependency for hal.
