DetailsWhen I was compiling LFS from archlinux, I found an error in coreutils:
[jan@lappie ~]$ head -1 head: `-1' option is obsolete; use `-n 1' Try `head --help' for more information. This is caused by the new glibc 2.3.3, which makes coreutils not to accept the old syntax anymore. Setting DEFAULT_POSIX2_VERSION=199209 during configure should fix the problem. |
This task depends upon
export _POSIX2_VERSION=199209
will do the job.
