Description:

package version(s) : upgraded gtk-kde4 (0.8-1 -> 0.9b-2)

The new package has /etc/gtk-2.0/gtkrc conflicting with this file existing in the gtk2 package.
It wants to create a link of the same name which points to a non-existing file.
It seems caused by the no_sudo patch.

So it's impossible to upgrade wihtout overwriting a file from another package.
I had to downgrade it (0.9b-2 -> 0.8-1).
