DetailsUsing the latest grub version (0.97-15) I'm unable to install grub on a ext2 formatted device using the following command:
grub> setup (hd1) results in: grub> setup (hd1)Floating point exception Recompiling grub without the grub-inode-size.patch resolves this issue. |

Can you please test the revision patch they use (as well as some other distros): http://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=160981&action=view , I don't have an ext2 partition myself
