If I run gnome theme manager (via start:here), it freezes most of the time after an action. Lists seem to be empty, no buttons are shown etc. But not always, most times it does, but sometimes not. From 35 tries, one worked.

If I wait about half an hour or so, the gui is - sometimes - rebuild.

well it just works fine for me, i can't seem to reproduce on any of my 3 systems.
try to update to gnome 2.8.
