DetailsDescription: beast-0.7.1-1 binaries are linked agains old lib soname libltdl.so.3 but current are libltdl.so.7 from libtool package.

This task depends upon
Tested on clean chroot under i686. I will test x86_64 later.
* Add a patch is based in this[#1] for gcc 4.3, but is not suficient for gcc 4.4 so I add more fixes ;)
* Removed $startdir references
* Add missing perlxml depends
* Fixed manpages location
There is a unused gcc4.patch on cvs repo.
