It still doesn't compile on x86_64, I don't have a solution at the moment. I'll try to contact the author.

It *still* doesn't compile on x86_64, it spits out a segfault. Last lines:

gcc -std=gnu99 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I.. -I../src -march=x86-64 -mtune=generic -O2 -pipe -I/usr/include/ImageMagick -MT stringify.o -MD -MP -MF .deps/stringify.Tpo -c -o stringify.o stringify.c
mv -f .deps/stringify.Tpo .deps/stringify.Po
/bin/sh ../libtool --tag=CC --mode=link gcc -std=gnu99 -march=x86-64 -mtune=generic -O2 -pipe -I/usr/include/ImageMagick -lGLEW -o stringify stringify.o -lbz2 -lGLU -lGL -lSM -lICE -lX11 -lm
gcc -std=gnu99 -march=x86-64 -mtune=generic -O2 -pipe -I/usr/include/ImageMagick -o stringify stringify.o -lGLEW -lbz2 -lGLU -lGL -lSM -lICE -lX11 -lm
./stringify colorfire_textures/ripplemap colorfire_textures/smokemap > colorfire_textures.cpp
/bin/sh: line 1: 15167 Segmentation fault ./stringify colorfire_textures/ripplemap colorfire_textures/smokemap > colorfire_textures.cpp
make[3]: *** [colorfire_textures.cpp] Error 139
make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/bardo/tu/community/x11/rss-glx/src/rss-glx_0.9.0/src'
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

The strange thing is, if I manually go into the directory and launch the stringify command it works without problems.

you are using nvidia-utils true? [#1]

Anyway build on clean chroot.
