I need to check out the 64 bit issue
I tried to remove this option and, at least the usr/bin/gpsmap and usr/bin/gpsmap-helper-earthamaps are build ;) (Maybe a old historic reason to do this?)
3x1 combo bug: also this package have a optdepends on "perl-libwww" for usr/bin/gpsmap-helper-earthamaps
