I'd like an option for notification of new comments on my packages. The way it is now, I occasionally check all my packages for new comments, but I can see this being a problem if I ever have more than four packages. :P

Alright, I found what the other user was talking about, but it wasn't what I'm asking for. What I want is an option to automatically notify me of new comments on every one of my packages (e.g. were I to add a new package, I would be notified by default of new comments)

So my request still stands. :D

i don't want to get e-mails. there should be another column in listing of packages showing how many comments were added since package contributor/maintainer was on comments page last time. so i can see if my packages have new comments and other users can see if i am active and if i seen their comments.

I'm not completely sure but I think I got a patch committed to do this. Should be in next release.

I don't like this idea after all.
Email is simple and straightforward.
I don't see any reason to change it.
