The file was removed from cvs by Giovanni. He also removed it's reference in the PKGBUILD. It needs to be readded.

You need to replace
rm -rf ${pkgdir}/usr/share/info
by
rm ${pkgdir}/usr/share/info/dir
gzip ${pkgdir}/usr/share/info/*

And in the install file replace libconfig.info by libconfig.info.gz

This bug was cause because you removed the info file from the package. Only the ${pkgdir}/usr/share/info/dir file needs to be removed as it's updated by the install file.

Eric: I just fixed it in libconfig-1.3.2-4 for both arches.
