Summary and Info:
gettext() translation for "Finished. Your pacman database has been optimized." with *pacman-optimize* is not correct in French (fr) grammar.
gettext translates with "Fini. La base de données de pacman a été optimisé." , it should be "Fini. La base de données de pacman a été optimisée." with an extra 'e' at the end ^_^

/usr/share/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES/pacman.mo is the file concerned I think.
