DetailsDescription: gmpc has no maintainer and thus is 2 major versions behind. The package should a) find a new maintainer or b) move to community.

If nobody in the dev team want to maintain this package, can't one of the dev give it to community (or AUR) so that someone really interested can maintain it ?
