Details

fping is not setuid root by default, but ping is:

[22:10 TA|catwell] fping
This program can only be run by root, or it must be setuid root.

I think it would be a consistent "sane default" to allow regular users to run fping too.

Giovanni: fping is in the license rebuilt list. If you want to implement this, you can just let me know and I'll take care of it.
