Description:
With this parameter at configure script, not need anymore to have the bad /usr/libexec directory.

* Also fix the example conf file.
* Convert $startdir/src -> $srcdir and $startdir/pkg -> $pkgdir

fixed for dovecot.

please open new reports for left packages. please one per package!
