The rc script for icecast does not have a call to sleep between its calls to stop and start in its restart function. This causes icecast to fail to start during the restart call. This may or may not be limited to x86-64; I don't have the ability to (easily) test the i686 version. Additional info: icecast 2.3.2-1 Steps to reproduce: While icecast is running: root@computer #/etc/rc.d/icecast restart Steps to fix: Add in sleep 1 after line 29 in /etc/rc.d/icecast |
