Description: There are a missing quote in 81-arch.rules, maybe the rest of rules will be ignored.

Also there are a extra quote in 50-udev-default.rules but this i will be reported to upstream ;)

I encounter other typo in 81-arch.rules: bad dvdrw symlink.
