I just downloaded the two archives attached to http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/13803#comment41337 and I've seen that they're served as text/plain.

Steps to reproduce:
Follow the link http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/13803?getfile=3267 in a web browser
or
