DetailsDescription: When using the PS/LaTeX combined export function in Xfig, transfig is used. But it outputs some not necessary messages to Stderr which confuses xfig. xfig shows an error although the export was successfully done...
Additional info: * package version: transfig/xfig 3.2.5-1 * Forum thread here: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=516791 * Patch against 3.2.5 source attached. Steps to reproduce: Just use xfig and export a figure as combined PS/Latex. |
This task depends upon
remove-stderr-msg.patch
That has been fixed for the next release, but I don't know when it will be released
because I haven't had much time to work on xfig lately.
