Description:
The OSS package installs many files without read permission by users. I'm pretty sure this is a bug, at least in cases like /usr/sbin/savemixer, and it's annoying :) Some files may rightly have no read permission by normal users - I don't know - like some of those in /usr/lib. It'd be great if someone could look into it.

Additional info:
Version 4.1_1051-2

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Install oss (pacman -S oss).
2.) Look at the files installed by OSS with ls -l.

I have tought about changing some permissions before, but I didn't do anything until now because all the permissions we use in the package are upstream.

But I will take a look with care on it for our next package release.
