DetailsWhen I was building up my chroot for gnome 2.7 package building again, I found out that archlinux-current has ATK 1.7.1, which is a development version. I thought the policy was to not have development versions in -current?

Yes that's the rule we go by but sometimes there are stable pkgs that depend on development packages. I am not aware of that being the case here but Judd was the one to push atk to 1.7.1 (as you can see in CVS) so he probably had a good reason.
