Description:
Since xorg-1.6.0 has been introduced in [testing], I have problems with my keyboard when running ArchLinux in vmplayer.
Some events are dropped or are not received in the order I pressed the keys. This leads sometimes to always pressed keys, ineffective keys, inverted chars in a word, and so on. I have a bug like this every 10 key press.

Additional info:
* package versions
xf86-input-keyboard 1.3.2-2
xorg-xserver 1.6.0-1
vmware-player 2.0.5 build-109488 running on windows xp sp3

Steps to reproduce:
Install [testing] into vmplayer.

Is this fixed with the latest evdev updates in testing?

I'll test it today and let you know. But after a reboot, it already seems better. Maybe the uptime causes it.

Yes it's working fine with evdev, and fdi file for layout. I was using an old style xorg config.
Still, I'm not able to get ctrl-alt-F1 working, but that's a different story.
Thanks a lot!
