The new version of kernel26 seems to generate a conflit with the driver nvidia. X server gives error also after re-installing nvidia driver with pacman -S nvidia and rebooting. Solved downgrading at kernel 2.6.28.7-1 with pacman -Uf Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. kernel26 -> 2.6.28.7-2 nvidia -> 180.29-3 Steps to reproduce: pacman -Syu |
