DetailsDescription:The drm modules for the radeonhd git r6xx-r7xx-support branch won't compile with version 2.6.28.7-2 (64bit) archlinux kernel26 package. They compile fine with the 2.6.28.7-1 (64bit) version.
Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. http://rafb.net/p/zeGzzS30.html the smp.h error is a typo types.h was typed as type;.h in that file, but as for the rest I am clueless. The files involved seem to be ones updated in by the kernel package upgrade that I did when I upgraded from 2.6.28.7-1 to 2.6.28.7-2. I reverted the kernel package to 2.6.28.7-1 and the same source code compiled without a problem. Steps to reproduce:Try and compile git mesa/drm modules radeon.ko & drm.ko from r6xx-r7xx-support branch on 64bit with archlinux 2.6.28.7-2 kernel26 package |

Additional comments about closing: reasons: no response, URL is not working, seems like upstream issue, does not seem to affect anything except some git version, I assume kernel or radeonhd devs fixed it, more? :)
