Description:
Openoffice 3.0.1-1's uno.py is broken with Python 2.6. OOo extensions written in python such as the zotero plug-in cannot be installed. See the following link for the error message: http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/1205/zoterosyncpreviewextens.png

Novell wrote a dead-simple patch to uno.py which, I can confirm, remedies the problem: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=448776

This is a minor issue I will not fix. Feel free to apply it to your installed package and vote for an upstream fix at OOo's issuezilla.
